neighborhood school, academics and/or test scores, family history at school, teacher quality, safety, proximity to home
Is there anything you don't like about this school?
JROTC use of weapons. Some prevalence of racism and homophobia
Additional comments:
Teachers are dedicated to a good learning environment. Principal is reachable and communicates well.

Why did you choose to send your child there?
neighborhood school
Is there anything you don't like about this school? JROTC walking around with M-14 Rifles scared the hell out of me. Still does.Also, there is a VERY homophobic atmosphere that is not being discouraged in any way.
Additional Comments:
Varsity Baseball coach is a vindictive monster. They hired him to "shake things up" and he has caused nothing but strife and bad feelings.
