Age range of children: 6 weeks-4th grade
Cost: $150/wk for 2.5 year old, $82/wk for before/after school care

Is there anything you don't like about it?
YES! The new director, ******, treats parents like they are idiots and children like they are criminals. She has been there only a few months, and most of the long-term parents in the school-aged class have pulled their kids. I had heard several complaints about her and how badly she treats the staff, but didn't realize it until she locked my son up in the office because he defended himself in a fight when both of the attendants had stepped out of the room. Several regulatory violations: in the mornings, there usually is not enough staff for the amount of children there...this happens about three times per week it seems. They are paid $8/hour and are glorified babysitters - no training, no programs, no structure, no nothing to enhance a child's life. My kids keep getting picked on by behaviorally-challenged kids, and the parents seem to not care about those kids. The owner himself, Jim, told me that this is a business and he woldn't kick a kid out because he needed the money since the parents were pulling their kids. It's just very sad there; they don't know what they are doing and it's an unsafe place (two accident reports in one week, including biting) with a mean, disrespectful director and owner, and disgruntled workers.
