Each class includes a wagon ride, art or nature activity, and a chance to pick a child-sized portion of one of our seasonal U-pick crops. September 8th, 2007 - Seattle Tilth Harvest Festival, behind the Good Shepard Center at 4649 Sunnyside Ave N, Meridian Park in the Wallingford Neighborhood, 10 am to 4 pm. Celebrate Northwest local food systems and kick off Tilth's 30th annaversary. September 22nd, 2007 - Harvest Celebration Farm Tour, King County Farms - click for list, 10 am to 4:30 pm. Farms from around King County invite you to come and get a taste of farm life! It's a day of fun and agricultural learning for children and adults! August 1st to October 31st, (Corn Maze) October 1st to 31st (Pumpkin Patch) 2007 - The Farm, 7301 Rivershore Road, Snohomish, 425-334-4124, 10 am to 6 pm. Open to the public informally on weekdays until late September, the public is welcome to do the corn maze but nothing else is open. Features the "Washington State Corn Maze" - 12 acre maze containing over 250 actual roads and 400 places and towns marked by signs (with interesting historical facts about each). There are 4-1/2 actual miles of highways and country roads within the maze. Later in the season, The Farm offers wagon rides, a pumpkin patch, golf course, and much more. Washingtoncornmaze.com
