School Levies Set to Pass by Big Majority

I've got many places to update tonight so I'll keep it brief: the schools won!

Prop 1 is currently passing by 63.44%, and Prop 2 by 57.86%.

About 27,000 votes have been counted so far. These numbers aren't expected to change except for a slight rise on the "yes" side, as late votes tend to favor the schools.

A lot of people are very relieved tonight.
