Play Tacoma Free Festival
(Speaking of festival, Ethnic Fest is today! Starts right now at Wright Park.)
Last night, we stopped in for the free carnival at McKinley Playfield. Part of Metro Parks' "Play Tacoma" series, next Friday's carnival will be held at shady South Park. After next week, carnivals will give way to the "Summer Sounds and Cinema" series, kicking off Saturday August 7th at Manitou Park with a performance by Magic Bus and a free showing of "The Blind Side."
