Piano Lessons
Hello All,
I'm hoping someone can help me find affordable piano lessons for my 8 year old. Somebody really good with kids.
I'd prefer a place she can take go to take lessons, since she'll just have a keyboard at home. North end preferred but anywhere inside the city limits is cool.
If you are a piano teacher, you are also welcome to post here!
Thanks in advance,
Tacomamama

Agree it's online dedicated
Agree it's online dedicated server instruction but you use a video exchange to get feedback directly from the teacher. It's conservatory-level instruction and the teacher, Christie Skousen is an award-winning pianist and a graduate of the Peabody Conservatory. Christie's curriculum is even currently being used by the San Fransisco Conservatory. It's much cheaper than regular lessons as well.
Great piano lessons
You should check out www.peerypiano.com. I'm using it with my 5-year-old son and he LOVES it. I taught piano for years and In ways I feel like this is even better than traditional piano instruction because you can watch the teacher demonstrating what to do at any time. It's also fun to send in the video once all your assignments are done.

If you have any questions about my experience with it, I'd be happy to help.
