Would you like formal training in helping parents and their teens to work to resolve conflicts? The Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution is offering a CEU and clock hour approved course teaching the process of parent-teen mediation to promote peaceful and constructive approaches to resolving parent-teen disputes. This course will explore mediation skills specific to parent-teen conflicts including trust, respect, curfew, grades and more.
The course will be held April 16-18, 2010 at our office in downtown Tacoma. Registration is only $275. For those who commit to volunteering as a parent-teen mediator at the Center, the fee is only $95 (call for details).
