Free enterprise gives brith to a new BBQ rig, right here in Tacoma

Anyone notice the new BBQ concession trailer on South Tacoma Way next to Premium Motors and across from the recycling plant?  It's Barrel no.51 BBQ.  Their sauces have been around our area going on 6 years now, and they just took the plunge into the food end of the BBQ business.  They were at the Tacoma Schooner Rendezvous a couple weeks ago, and last weekend, they showed up at the Ft. Steilacoom Civil War Battle reenactment.  Now they're parking on South Tacoma Way and offering pretty good BBQ.

There was a write up about it in the Volcano last week.  They said it's pretty good.
