"Whoopee! It's Wednesday!" Summer Children's Program

Native Americans of the Northwest Coast

Noon to 2:00 PM

Admission - $12.00 for one adult and up to 3 children (ages 7 to 10 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult)

Take yourself back in time to an era before the first explorers arrived in Commencement Bay, when the native peoples lived off the land, engaging in a rich culture. The Moon Sisters, our special guests today, offer a wonderful afternoon of activities…a once in a lifetime experience. Come try your hand at native drumming and dancing, taste native foods (yum!), enjoy beadwork and basket weaving, paint with plant dyes, hear fascinating stories, and play games that also teach about these times…..all of which make this first Whoopee a winner!
