The purpose of this workshop Lyn Petersis Director of Communications , Financial Education & Outreach for the Washington Department of Financial Institutions explains what you need to know and what you need to do right now to stay financially fit: how to avoid fraud & ID theft; how to get or maintain a good credit score and why it continues to be important; and how the new VantageScore may already be impacting you. You will learn how the financial crisis has impacted retirement planning, investing, budgeting and saving for the future; plus the steps you can take right now to ensure your financial future.
