City in Mourning: Memorial Services and How You Can Help

In the wake of Sunday's tragic shooting of four Lakewood police officers, businesses and organizations across the region have extended a hand to help the victims' families and provide public memorial services.

9 children lost a parent this Sunday, and all will need help for years to come.

Donations can be made:

• Online, directly to the Lakewood Police Independent Guild
• In person at any Forza coffee location.
• Online at Forza's website
• In person at Buzzards Music and Stadium Video in Tacoma
• In person at the impromptu memorial outside the Lakewood Police Department

Memorial Services

A vigil and walk to the police station will start at the Lakewood YMCA tomorrow night, Wednesday December 2nd, at 7 pm.

The formal public memorial will take place next Tuesday, December 8th at the Tacoma Dome. The service starts at 1 pm.
