On average, children laugh between 300-400 times each day. That sounds great, and it is. What isn't so great? Adults, on average, laugh only 15-18 times each day.
So, what happens to us adults that leaves us so serious? I am sure that we all have many valid answers for that question. Still, we could all use to take a cue from the children in our lives.  Laughter is great for our physical and emotional health.
