Local retailer United Lamp Supply is giving away free blue lights to place in your window/on your porch to honor Lakewood's fallen officers.

In the wake of Sunday's tragic shooting of four Lakewood police officers, businesses and organizations across the region have extended a hand to help the victims' families and provide public memorial services.

9 children lost a parent this Sunday, and all will need help for years to come.

4 Officers Ambushed and Killed at Lakewood Coffee Shop

Terrible news this morning. 4 police officers have been shot and killed at a Lakewood Forza just outside the gates to McChord AFB, near 116th and S Steele Street. According to news reports, they were just drinking coffee and working on their laptops when the shooting took place.
