JobBait presents new way to go in job search

TACOMA – Writing a letter instead of sending a typical resume might shorten the time it takes to find a job.

So says Mark Hovind, president of JobBait.com. A value-proposition letter instead of a typical resume can attract the attention of those who make hiring decisions. Hovind should know – he’s worked  in a variety of positions from engineer to CEO. Hovind has partnered with Tacoma Goodwill in focusing job searches.
